Terms of Service

Ads by Carter is operated by BADADS LLC. These terms cover our website, applications, and optional text messaging program. Any paid engagement is governed by the separate service agreement you accept.

Applications and website information

Submitting an application asks Ads by Carter to review your business and contact request; it does not purchase services or guarantee acceptance. Provide accurate information that you are authorized to share. Website examples and calculator estimates are informational and do not guarantee advertising results or revenue.

Ads by Carter text messages

Our text program has three independently selected categories. Client lead and account alerts notify business clients about new leads generated for their own business, lead follow-up reminders, and account or advertising service updates. Application and support texts cover application follow-ups, appointment coordination and reminders, and customer support. Marketing texts cover our paid advertising services, offers, and updates. Messages may be sent using automated technology. Message frequency varies, and client alert frequency depends on lead activity. Message and data rates may apply.

How to opt in

Enter your own mobile number on the SMS consent form, select the message categories you want, and select Save text preferences. Existing clients can use this short form without submitting a new business application. The service application also offers the same separate choices, which are recorded when you submit the application. All three boxes start unchecked. Text message consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing services. You can submit either form without selecting any text category.

An opt-in applies only to the selected categories and the number you provide. It does not enroll your leads or other people, grant another sender permission, or expand earlier consent to new categories. An unchecked box records no new opt-in; use STOP to unsubscribe from existing messages.

Opt out and get help

Reply STOP to unsubscribe from our text messages. You may receive a final confirmation of your opt-out. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact carterlintner07@gmail.com. After opting out, a new affirmative opt-in is needed before recurring texts resume.

Mobile service and privacy

Message delivery depends on your carrier and mobile service. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle contact information and consent records. SMS consent is specific to Ads by Carter and is not sold or transferred to other senders.
