Ads by Carter is operated by BADADS LLC. This policy explains how we handle information submitted through adsbycarter.com, including our application and optional text message preferences.
Information we collect
When you submit an application, we collect your name, email, phone number, and the business information you provide, such as your offer, revenue range, advertising budget, capacity, and goals. We also collect the submission time, form entry point, referral and campaign information when available, and your text message choices and the disclosures presented with them.
The standalone SMS consent form collects your name, email, mobile number, optional business name, and separate message choices without requiring a new application. Consent records include the number, categories selected, submission time, form URL, wording version, and exact disclosures shown.
If you use our AEA calculator submission form, we collect the contact, business, Discord, and calculation information you choose to submit for support. Providing a client’s phone number in that form does not enroll that client in text messages.
How we use information
We use submitted information to review applications, respond to requests, provide support, coordinate appointments and services, understand where inquiries come from, and keep records of communication preferences. With the recipient’s separate opt-in, we also send business clients alerts about their own new leads, lead follow-up reminders, and account or advertising service updates. Marketing texts require a separate affirmative opt-in.
Text message consent
Text message consent is optional. Our application and SMS consent form have three separate, unchecked boxes: client lead and account alerts; application, appointment, and customer support texts; and marketing texts. Your selections are recorded when you submit the form. You can submit with all boxes unchecked, and consent is not a condition of purchase. We do not treat an earlier application, an existing client relationship, or consent to a different category as consent to a newly offered text category.
Client lead alerts are sent to the client who opted in. A client’s opt-in does not authorize texting that client’s leads or other people. Each text recipient must provide their own consent for the relevant messages.
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging consent is not transferred to another sender. Service providers may process this information only as needed to operate our forms, maintain records, and deliver communications on our behalf.
Service providers and disclosures
Our site uses hosting services and Google services for application records and notifications. Providers supporting these functions process information for those purposes. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect against fraud or misuse.
Your choices
You can opt out of texts by replying STOP. Reply HELP for assistance or email carterlintner07@gmail.com. You can also use that email to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you submitted. We may need to retain records of consent, opt-outs, or transactions to meet applicable obligations.
Retention and security
We retain information as needed to handle your request, provide services, maintain communication preferences, and meet recordkeeping obligations. Access is limited to the people and providers who need it for these purposes. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
